Exterior:
The metal roof is approximately 5 years old; however, visible issues are present, and it will need further evaluation/repair. Fascia and soffit repairs are needed. The HVAC system will need replacement. There are stress cracks in the brick. Front and back doors need to be replaced. Handrails are needed on the front steps.
Interior:
Interior requires a complete rehab. Subfloor repairs will be needed, with possible floor joist work in the kitchen and utility room. There is a stress crack in the sheetrock. Most of the flooring throughout the home feels solid.
