Exterior:
The exterior will need fresh paint, including the deck. There is visible window rot that will need repair or replacement. The HVAC system is older and likely nearing the end of its useful life. The roof is in fair condition and does not appear to need immediate replacement.
Interior:
The interior will require a full cosmetic update throughout. Flooring feels solid overall; however, the subfloor in the master bathroom will need to be replaced. The master bathroom will also require a new shower pan. There are moisture stains noted in the back corner of the basement that should be evaluated and addressed.
